Oops! Thrift store sells shopper’s bike.
This is a good reminder to always always always lock your bike. You don’t want it to be stolen, and if you’re shopping at a thrift store like 13-year-old Cody Young was in South Salem Oregon, you want to make sure the store doesn’t sell it!
Yes, you read that right, a thrift store sold a customer’s bike while he was shopping! Click here for the USA Today blog article about it. Apparently this isn’t the first time such a thing has happened in that store. They once sold a janitor’s bucket and mop. Wow!
